This particular case relates to the outstanding amount under article 12bis of FIFA RSTP not paid by the respondent football club upon transfer agreement, also expedited by us. Thanks to the fact that the transfer agreement was also meticulously tailored by us at the very beginning, the claim of the outstanding and its enforcement was relatively easy, leaving no chance for the respondent to justify its breach or challenge the transfer agreement in any way. Subsequently, the respondent club accepted FIFA’s proposal, which fully reflected the claim. Aftermath ended in successful enforcement of the decision.
