We are happy to announce that we have successfully claimed and reinforced the decision in favour of player. In this case the respondent Club utterly and blatantly violated player’s employment rights leaving the player unpaid yet exploiting him to perform under the contract. In this case we were not involved in the phase of contract conclusion, however the player contacted us at the best timing for lodging the claim within the prescription period.
