We are happy to announce that we have successfully claimed and reinforced the decision in favour of player. In this case the respondent Club utterly and blatantly violated player’s employment rights leaving the player unpaid. The amount at stake was significantly high, nevertheless, the violations committed by the club were so blatant and egregious, that the club didn’t have other choice then to comply with FIFA’s decision, which was successfully issued thanks to our work.
