We are proud to share our recent contribution to the FIFA Football Agent Exam preparation course organized on 7th of May 2025 by LegisLAB Academy, which outstands with the list of its high-profiled professors. The program is designed to prepare future agents with the legal and practical knowledge required in today’s football industry.

Over an intensive two-day session, key areas of the FIFA Regulations on the status and transfer of Players, with a special focus on the liabilities affecting players’ transfers.

During our session, we addressed one of the most complex but yet essential legal pillar of a football agent’s role: contractual stability. This topic is crucial in navigating disputes, safeguarding player rights, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The course also featured invaluable insights from esteemed colleagues including Paolo Marsilio, Gianluca Medina, Alberto Porzio, and Carol Couse—each providing rich perspectives on regulatory frameworks of FIFA.
